The authors of the article by Zhu et al., “Inhibition of Cardiomyocyte Contractile/Relaxation by MN9202 and Mechanisms Involved” (Volume 39, No. 5, pp. 489-495) regret that the name of Dr. Alan D. Kaye was omitted as a co-author and included instead in the Acknowledgment section of the manuscript. Dr. Kaye made a substantial contribution to the development and writing of the manuscript and should be duly acknowledged as a co-author.
In Jin-Cheng et al., “Anti-arrhythmic Effects of κ-Opioid Receptor and Its Changes in Ischemia and Reperfusion” (Volume 39, No. 5, pp. 483-488), Dr. Alan D. Kaye's name was presented without the middle initial. We present the author's name and affiliation here:
